Past, Present, and Future

Scott delivered a message to the congregation this morning about the church's involvement in Haiti. He discussed the past, the present, and the future and God's sovereignty in our partnerships in Haiti.

Many thoughts came to my mind after hearing the message from Scott. Our involvement in Haiti in the past was God's pursuit. God pursued LCF to join in the efforts in Haiti to spread God's message. God pursued the orphans in St. Louis to show His great love. In the present time, God is showing LCF and Source de la Grace his passion. His passion for unity in the body of the Holy Spirit. As for the future, God's plan is to provide hope for a lost world... here in Liberty and in Haiti as well as many other places God ordains in ministry.

As we begin this new journey and a new partnership in Haiti, please pray this verse:

Matthew 21:21-22: Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, "Go, throw yourself into the sea," and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.
